Continuing with honoring the Chinese Year of the Rabbit which started on January 22, Section 7 of the 2023 Mandala of the Year is now available. This month’s characteristic associated with Rabbit energy is “kind”. From TheLocalMystic.com about honoring Rabbit energy, they state: “one can also honor the magic of the rabbit by simply being mindful of its presence in the world and by seeking to cultivate a deeper connection with the natural world through regular acts of kindness, gratitude, and reverence.”

From InspireKindness.com, they define kindness as: ”Kindness can mean different things to different people. The meaning is in how YOU choose to show it. Be it through empathy, acceptance, kind gestures, thoughtfulness, the possibilities are entirely up to you. Kindness might look like being helpful or showing empathy. It may mean doing nice things without expecting nice things in return.”

With this month’s section of the MotY, we are encouraged to be kind to others and ourselves in whatever way we can, and whenever it’s possible to do so.

An Invitation
