We celebrated the Chinese New Year on February 10, 2024. It’s the year of the Wood Dragon. Throughout the year we will be exploring different traits of the wood dragon. This month: Section 8: Perceptive.

Because dragons can fly and perch themselves high above, they have a broader view of the world below and can therefore more readily detect any changes in the environment below, the movement of people and animals, and any impending storms approaching from a distance.

We are encouraged to broaden our perspective in order to notice and comprehend things that might go unnoticed by others. The more we can be in observer mode, meaning seeing without judgment, the more open we are to seeing what’s truly there instead of going through our preconceived filters.

In 2024, we are encouraged to joyfully explore our creativity. The coloring of these sections is intended as one way of doing just that. Feel free to play with new and/or different ways to “color”. As you become more comfortable with being creative, let it spill out into all areas of your life.

BTW: Coloring in the lines is optional!

I do it because my spiritual evolution and creativity require it of me.
