We celebrated the Chinese New Year on February 10, 2024. It’s the year of the Wood Dragon. Throughout the year we will be exploring different traits of the wood dragon. This month: Section 12: Humble.

A humble dragon would be one that focuses on balance rather than self-aggrandizement. For example, wood dragons would be focused on the collective good of the ecosystem, prioritizing harmony and growth over asserting dominance. In some myths, they undergo transformations that teach them humility…showing that even the mightiest beings can grow and learn from their experiences, embracing humility as a sign of their wisdom and evolution.

In 2024, we are encouraged to joyfully explore our creativity. The coloring of these sections is intended as one way of doing just that. Feel free to play with new and/or different ways to “color”. As you become more comfortable with being creative, let it spill out into all areas of your life.

BTW: Coloring in the lines is optional!

As a means to that end, I make all of my mandalas available for people to color. Why should I have all the fun?
