Section 12 of the 2011 Mandala of the Year is now ready for downloading and coloring. If you have yet to do the previous ones…
So you now have all the sections for the entire 2011 Mandala of the Year. When you put them together, you’ll have an empty circle in the middle…feel free to fill that in anyway you choose.
As I’ve said all along, I encourage you to focus on an issue, topic, sacred writings or whatever is of interest to you while coloring this section throughout the month of December. Of course, you are free to do as you please.
I’m continuing with Gerald Jampolsky’s “Love is Letting Go of Fear” book, with lesson 12 which is “I am responsible for what I see.” As I color this section throughout the month of December, I’ll color with this lesson in mind.
In the Section 1 post, I offer a variety of suggestions for focus topics to use while you are coloring each section. Continuing with the Astrological option, you can focus on the twelfth house, which covers such topics as issues hidden in the subconscious, rest, retreat, confinement, or solitude, behind the scenes, your blind spot, skeletons in the closet, initiations, hidden enemies, karma, misfortune, sorrow, large animals, the Divine and the unseen world. What’s going on in your life in any of these areas?
Currently the sun travels through the sign of Sagittarius, the sign of the centaur. Some keywords for Sagittarius are explorer, seeker, searches for meaning, philosopher, optimistic, enthusiastic, successful, lucky, self indulgent, idealistic, freedom-loving, casual, friendly, buoyant, gregarious, enthusiastic, philosophical, studious, farseeing, direct, outspoken, honest, loyal, restless and loves travel. How do you relate to any of these words? Positively? Negatively?
Feedback
I would love for you to share your coloring experience in the comments section of this post. What, if any, are you using as your theme? How often do you color? What insights have your gained? I plan to share my experience here as well.
Be sure to download/color the December 2011 Mandala of the Month.
Happy Coloring!
